Earn your degree in Culinary Arts or Patisserie & Baking

   The Associate Degree of Occupational Studies in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts is an intensive program, completed in 15 months. It includes a three-month paid externship at a national location of your choice.

   The Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie & Baking certificate program is a nine-month program that includes a two-month paid externship. You will learn over 200 proficiencies, including artisan bread production, sugar show pieces, classic European pastry, and much more.

   You will experience real-world conditions in SCI's student-run restaurants, L'Ecole and L'Academie. L'Ecole has received Mobile's highest student rating: 3 Stars!

   Graduates have obtained employment in leading restaurants, hotels, cruise ships, and industrial operations around the world.
